Anthony Stephens MD is the legal business name. Stephens Plastic Surgery & Skincare Aesthetics is the “doing business as” (DBA) brand name used on our website and in our text messages.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
